As a Project Manager, you will join a young team within which you will be responsible for the implementation of Forcea solutions and services for new and existing clients. The implementation project is designed to ensure that clients can make the best possible use of Forcea solutions.

• It also involves the planning and follow-up of a certain number of turnkey developments.
• The Project Manager is the interface between the client and developers.
• In this capacity, he/she is naturally led to reflect with his/her colleagues on the best solution for the customer.

Your mission as a Project Manager

• Your will define the structure and components of the project (definition of customer requirements, impact analyses, approach plans with scenarios, delivery times, budget, allocation of resources, etc.).
• You will master project management methodologies and systematically apply them.
• You will supervise and monitor the progress of project implementation (drawing up and calculation of a detailed schedule, regular checking of delivery times, budget and quality, project progress reports and reports on any problems encountered, communication between the project’s stakeholders, etc.).
• You will stimulate, coordinate, motivate and oversee any staff taking part in the project.
• You will be ready to accept changes and will scrupulously flag the client’s tasks and objectives.

Profile

• A university graduate (or equivalent experience), you have more than 5 years’ relevant professional experience in the field of operational and IT project management in the corporate environment.
• You must also master Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Scorecarding and performance management solutions, along with the management and follow-up of this type of project.
• Your communication and negotiating skills, along with your coaching abilities are your main assets.
• You work in a methodical and organised manner, know how to set priorities and are capable of coordinating the various players involved in a project.
• You are also a fluent Dutch and French speaker. Knowledge of English would be a plus.
• You are also able to demonstrate creativity, flexibility, autonomy and efficiency, within a dynamic, evolving environment.
